The quote tool

The rate form requests gender, date of birth, your self-reported wellness status, tobacco use, the coverage amount you're interested in, and how many years of protection you want. This information goes to the carriers' quoting system to calculate rates; this website does not retain these answers. Getting quote estimates requires no personal identification, contact information, or email address. Identical quote requests within a short window may come from a cached response, so the quoting system isn't called repeatedly.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your prior answers prefill the secure application hosted by the carriers' platform, and you then agree to that platform's separate privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agent (License 0B75129), administers the application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a topic category, and your message content. Email delivers the inquiry to the agency, with your email as the reply-to address. This website maintains no record of the message, no submission database, and no log of message text. A lightweight anti-spam validation runs client-side before transmission.

Measurement

This website performs visitor counting using a first-party, non-cookie measurement system running from this same domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are created; your IP address is partially masked prior to storage; the referring page's query parameters are stripped away; original access logs are purged after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are completely excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

This site does not buy, sell, or distribute user data; it doesn't employ tracking pixels or third-party analytics services. The single outside component is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, which only loads if you navigate there.
